I feel like this book is calling me to read it!
This book is a great reminder of how bad over thinking really is for us. I appreciated the chapter on how overthinking drains you. I think we just get suck in this cycle of overthinking and not realizing what it is doing to us. We end up drained and feeling bad. We can control it!! I love how each type of help is covered in a chapter not a few paragraphs. Contoling our beliefs, negative thoughts, old trauma and mindfulness are all great steps.
