Nice and helpful, have to crank it up in car

Helpful, full of info - only 4 stars for performance cause it was harder to listen in car due to the soft voice. With quiet surrounding - perfect.

A life worthy read/ listen

I started an eight hour TRE over four months ago. In that time I've lost over 4kg, which given I haven't been able to lose weight no matter what I've tried, is really great. This book rounds out the little information I've read on TRE and provides much more information in other areas. I'm looking forward to seeing even better results after listening to this book and adopting the suggestions.
