My angina disappeared within a week!
After listening to this book, I took his recommended dosages. Within a week my angina (which can be quite painful) completely disappeared! I highly recommend this book!
FYI: write down the PDF link when he gives it in the book. I had to listen to the book twice to find it because I didn't write it down the first time, haha.

Excellent cardiology book
Great insight into metabolic cardiology.. the author addresses the mechanism of diseases and how critical vitamins and minerals play a specific role in energy creation and cellular respiration. Fairly technical book but very relevant to everyday life as well as chronic disease management.
