GREAT BOOK
This audiobook delves deeply into the causes of trust problems on both a personal and a general level. Even if you do not have trust difficulties, this is a fantastic book. Excellent pointers and counsel on how to develop your connections and interact with others more. It was enjoyable to read and well-written. I really enjoyed having the narration in my library; it was excellent.

This is information I feel everyone needs - I learned so much after a traumatic relationship. This book has given me great insight on things to be aware of for my own personal well-being and for my next relationship to be a more healthy relationship so that the traumatic events don't keep occuring.
