great intro to GLP-1

I've read a few weight loss books, only after I turned 40. Low carbohydrate diets helped me for about 10 years, and then their effectiveness waned. I was looking for something else and a friend recommended GLP-1, and I found this book. I had never heard of GLP-1 therapy before and this was an interesting testimony and good information about how it works and how you incorporate the injections into your lifestyle. I will certainly talk to my doctor about it at my annual physical.
