Well written story that sucks you right in.

I don’t know how but the author pulled off a age gap story without it feeling like grooming. LuLu was actually smart and self aware which is something that we don’t see often. Zeus was very masculine, communicated well, and gave praise. The relationship was actually healthy and believable especially for this age gap. Pleasantly surprised with this book and I will be following this authors work.

PLEASE READ THIS BOOK

I cannot explain how much I loved this book. It has bikers , taboo love, and really really great narration. I ask that you put aside the age gap because I truly feel when your life keeps you from being a child and forces you to grow up faster it also puts things in great perspective.

This is only fiction, so we aren't supposed to get in to the morality of things with certain works of art. The only thing as far as the age gap would just be when Zeus said a few times that he was in love with her when she was way younger. I think it could have been worded differently, like it evolved into something else over the years instead of making it sound like he was a pedo. But I will also say that I never got that feeling from this book, when I would hear some phrases I would just say, now why did they put it like that.

Anyway, the build up was epic and after they were together the storyline got even better. Like, he loved her and would do anything to protect her and the same with how she felt towards him. Their love was palpable. The story became so much more intense, and I'm not talking about the sex scenes, which were so steamy, but the progression of the story. It was freaking great, sad, I cried, and Lulu became even more of a badass.

Just don't miss out!!!

Perfect Age Gap!

Zeus stole my heart with his dirty mouth and big heart!

Loulou is such a sweet character that you want to see get her HEA!

Amazingly Beautiful

I read this book when it was first released. I loved it and have read it several times since . I have to say this audio version was beautifully read. I felt more of what each character felt. I love this world Giana Darling has created with her beautiful words. Can’t wait to listen to the rest of her books.

Zeus and LouLou

I loved this book. It had a bada** FMC who literally fought for her life and love of family. She took no one’s s**t not even Zeus. And Zeus, god what can you say about perfection like him. He is everything and more! He loves Lou and his family with everything in him and it was a ride of twists and turns. Zeus and Lou had the type of love you only get once and when you get it you fight like hell to keep it and boy did they have to fight for it.

I listen to the audiobook of this and I have to say I was impressed with the narrators they did an amazing job with this book Jason Clarke was the perfect choice to narrate Zeus. He has the voice that I imagined Zeus to have and he was perfection!

I highly recommend you read this book. It has it all age gap romance, bada** characters, dialogue is perfection, and overall just an amazing book to have read/listen too.

Didn’t expect much but DAMN I was Wrong!

The story started off with a bang literally and I was little confused about the age gap at the beginning, but the love between Z and Lou made up for it. When other reviews say it’s an emotional rollercoaster, BELIEVE IT! I was up and down from lust, to anger, to sadness, feeling betrayed, and tears. This book was beautifully written and the voice actors did amazing. If your looking for not only some spicy chapters but a beautiful story of love, family, and some action this is def your book!

Captivated me from beginning to end. Jason Clarke’s gravelly voice was awesome!!

I was a bit uncomfortable about the age difference, but it worked out in the end.this book made me cry laugh and agree that LOVE is unexpected. Will keep up with the series.

Zeus Garro & Lou Lafayette = Passion & Heartbreak

My heart squeezed tight as I experienced Louise 'Loulou' Lafayette's forbidden love for her 'guardian monster' and MC President Zeus Garro through the beautiful voice of Desiree Ketchum. I thought I knew this story by heart, but there were times while listening to this audiobook that I became lost in Lou's angsty heartbreak and the fiery hot passion from Zeus Garro's deliciously smoldering presence and yummy words (through Ms. Darling's writing, of course). Beyond the heartbreak and passion (and I need to warn that I cried a lot during certain moments of this story), I realized that I didn't want this story to ever end. So good!
 

Everything and more

This had so much depth and growth to it, I melted and am so invested in Lou and Zeus, this has the perfect combination of love and trials. A well balanced treat you will gladly swoon over
