  • Friendship, Connection, and Our Relationship to Ourselves (Ep. 25)

    If 2020 taught us anything, it was the value of connection and I've noticed a trend of individuals feeling less and less connected to others and I wanted to speak on this topic. I believe as we age and mature, our friendship group becomes smaller but more intimate and we learn to say no to the things we know we don't want to do. By our 40's at least in my experience, we know what we like and what we don't. Personal responsibility as we mature is key and in this episode, I want to share my thoughts on taking personal responsibility when it comes to our friendships and our relationship with ourselves.
