I will say first of all although I have done WW in the past I am not currently a member, my mother is and recommended this book to me as we both tend to struggle with mindset. I did not find it to be WW propaganda at all, which some of their materials come off as. He does mention it a few times, but I did not find it off putting.

As for the book itself, it's nothing short of amazing! I highly recommend it if you are feeling like you don't know where to start in your journey. It has made such a difference in how I look at things And I feel it will be instrumental to meeting my goals and maintaining them. I found myself listening to multiple chapters over again and finding new inspiration with each listen. I'm also planning on reading the book as I feel like this would also be a different experience and I like to highlight things.

He's very clear right from the beginning this is not a diet plan, he's not going to tell you what to eat and what not to eat. It helps you look introspectively at your personal goals and teaches you to be kind to yourself on your journey.

I plan to keep this book on my phone and listen when I start to feel myself backslide. Thank you so much for adding this to the audible library!!

This book is foundational for beginning a weight loss journey! I would encourage all to start here. The author does an amazing job delivering the audio read of the book. Very practical and insightful!!

Very helpful for weight loss and maintenance! I loved it. In a way, this is an updated version of the Beck Diet Solution, which is also a must-listen.

It’s a good listen. It may be too easy going to work for someone like me and/or someone who has age going against them as far as weight loss. I’d like to see a WW book specifically targeted at menopausal women. If you’re under 50, and you still have a a little hope left, this book will probably help you a lot.
