Just Ok
Seemed like a short story and not a novel. Entire story occurred in a hospital. Over reliance on race and gender tropes to generate antagonist motivations. No character development. I wanted to stop reading multiple times during the book. Suffers from same problems as “Monsters,” but not as entertaining.

Very slow progression
After reading all of the land books and being very disappointed at book 8 I was expecting to get the same thrill I got when reading the land book 1 but this book also felt very repetitive and slow

Great start to a new series

Another great book
Well written and great story. In my opinion the best Litrpg author. Great narration helps bring the story alive. You can visualize the world the author has created as you follow the MC. MC is op but acts like a human with intelligence and emotions.

Gnomes Rule!
A fantastic read. It connects to The Land series but can be enjoyed on its own. The story is exciting, and the characters are easy to relate to. You don't need to know The Land to love this book.Even if you're new to Aleron Kong's work, Alpha is a great start. It's full of action, adventure, and humor. Whether you're a fan or a newcomer, you'll find Alpha enjoyable and memorable.Highly recommended for all fantasy lovers!

if the land is a 6 star out of 5 I would place this around a 4.7. it feels good but left wanting. more characters more interaction less character sheets was a bit bored but feels like a book 2 could be excellent. it is set up for a brilliant series looking foward to more and great job aleron and pavi.

Very good but a bit confusing
The book is fantastic and just as great as the other two series. The only problem I had is the system for the world is completely different from The Land. It was a bit confusing trying to figure out how the character building system works. Once I got through that though the book was fantastic.

Sweet sweet cocoa goodness.
Aleron 2.0 constantly improving. Was shocked with some of the words but was extremely excited with the grit and outcome and world building.
