Great book for couples trying to work it out! Enjoyed all the information it was as if the author was talking to me about out situation.

Very helpful

I enjoyed this book as much as anyone can when it's necessary to read such things. It was insightful, explanatory, consoling, and therapeutic. I listened to it twice within the week I received it (I have a long commute). I would recommend it to anyone that finds them self suddenly in this situation. The author explains both the mental and physical results and recovery of an affair. Very objective and informative.
