Assuming, that is, he can teach a kobold how to use magic, survive all the roaming adventurers who consider a kobold to be a very minor payday, and prevent anyone else from claiming the wealth of arcane knowledge that is now bound within the rather handsome piece of haberdashery that he has become.

go kobold wizard, you rock

I stayed up late listening to it. had to force myself to sleep. one of the funniest satires I've ever heard. the hat does most of the narrative because the kobold only has 2 brain cells knocking together. fortunately that is one brain cell more than everyone encountered. reminds me of an old movie by Don Knotts called the ghost and Mr chicken.

A funny, cozy fantasy

I enjoyed this audiobook. The narrator was perfect for this part. Sometimes I would tune out the wizard in the beginning because he was so pompous, but he calmed down a bit. The story was very entertaining. I give this audiobook a thumbs up.

Pure fun

Light heard silliness. I had smile on my face for most of the book. Well performed.

What a fun adventure

It was such a fun ride with lots of twists and funny turns! I love the whole perception of a wizard being stuffed in a hat and being on top of a kolab. And to have him so smart and then smarter as time goes by is as unique a story as I can think of. Loved the author but the narrator just did all the voices bring this book alive. It was another layer to the enjoyment of the book! Thank you so very much, for the joy this tale bring to me.
