Publisher's summary
In "Bare," Raina O’Dell takes you on a journey that traverses many lifetimes all in one.
She lays bare the realities of her life, from the highs of her success in business to the lows of divorce, illness, and bankruptcy. Yet, by moving through it all with fearless awareness, she discovers her truth, which she shares here with deep conviction: where we are today does not dictate where we’ll be tomorrow.
As a seasoned life coach, Raina has spent over a decade guiding women in crafting a vision for their lives, helping them to increase productivity and infuse every moment with joy. But her wisdom isn’t just theoretical. It is deeply rooted in her own lived experiences.
Through your own experience of reading "Bare," you will find Raina’s unique roadmap to resilience, self-discovery, and empowerment. Included are practical tools and heartfelt guidance to help you rewrite your own story and step into a life of purpose, passion, and boundless joy. This isn’t just a book. It is a lifeline for anyone who seeks to shed the weight of their past, embrace their authentic selves, and create a future filled with possibility.

Story
Capturing the disbelief, the chaos and the terror of the fateful night the Titanic sank 100 years ago, Titanic on Trial brings to life the tragedy through the voices of those who survived it. Stories about the sinking have become legendary - how the band played to the end, how lifeboats were lowered half-empty - but amongst the films, novels and academic arguments, only those who were there can separate truth from fiction. This book gives the story back to those people.

Story
Deanna Lorea, author of Unraveled, offers listeners more God-inspired guidance in the second spiritual work of The Undoing series, Undignified. What does it mean to be undignified? To be undignified is to be fully foolish and undone. It is the antithesis of appearing composed, well-learned, and societally correct. When our culture suggests we tidy up before absorbing all God is, Undignified invites the mess, the chaos, and the crazy; it welcomes the dark, the dingy, and the dysfunction.

Beautifully written. Inspiring, captivating, raw. Loved the physical book too, but you get so much more when you hear the author reading their own words 💗
I will definitely be relistening soon 🥰

insight, tears, laughs, and respect
I've known Raina only online through IG and BBody since she was a top 10 coach. i was looking for successful people that I could learn about the business more, how they create their success, and then incorporate things into how I was going to be the best coach there was.
Along the way, actually very early on, I felt something different about this person I saw on my social media feed every day. There was a different energy than most of all the other top coaches I was following. I became drawn to the person more than just the posts. As time went on, and as she so amazingly details in her book, it was passion in what she did. It was how she was able to pivot but be real and raw with her messages. To find the next step in the path that continue the journey of growth and healing.
Reading and listening to BARE, the stories behind what we saw online truly solidify the human being that is Raina O'Dell. She is not just one life, one story, one event but the cumulative and ever changing energy and leader that passionately gives where and when it's deserved. This book is her recollection of her lives, but this book is a guide to how someone can find their true and genuine self. Amazing book, amazing story, amazing woman, and amazing resource for survival and inspiration and motivation.
