A Very Fresh New Look to Practicing CBT!

I was very surprised and very pleased at the structure, topics and writing of this text. purchased a hard copy for some detailed practice. It is solid C B T information - using some of the experiments and forms in the book should prove quite interesting...

I didn’t even finish it. It was boring and I couldn’t hardly stay focused long enough to retain any information.
