I have found this workbook essential in my life. The DBT skills are presented in a format that is both practical and easy to understand. Whether you have absolutely no experience in therapy or have been in therapy for decades, this book presents the skills in a way that everyone can use. It has helped me contain my emotions better and has helped me to see my relationships more clearly. I have definitely experienced a change in my ability to cope with my day-to-day life and am grateful for the skills I have learned from this workbook. If you or a loved one has BPD, this book will give the sufferer or loved one helpful tools to heal and grow. I highly recommend this book.

I really enjoyed this awesome book
A colleague of mine recommended this Workbook and I'm glad she did. I crave knowledge and believe the more I know the more I can impact those i come in contact with especially considering that I work closely with persons that I know will benefit from the information contained within.

Learn a lot
Read this to try to understand some of the behavior my brother has who has been diagnosed with this, I found some of the things discussed to be very helpful and I will recommend this book to him.

A great resource
This book is easy to listen too, points broken down into sections that I can easily digest even while listening on the go. The narrator's voice is also calming, I enjoyed listening overall. Although I don't have BPD, I think this book would be a great resource to anyone wanting to learn about the topic, those who have actually been diagnosed (but of course this is just a guidebook and nothing can replace an actual therapist), but it gives you enough information to learn about the topic in an easy to understand manner.
