For beginners yes, but as an experienced meditator, I learned a lot too.
Thank you for this book. Ive been doing meditation off and on for many years and wondered if it would provide anything new, and it did! I also have ADHD and was surprised to find a segment that was very helpful re that too. Lots of medical/research giving proof of effectiveness and either tells how or leads us in meditations, ie it’s not all talk, it’s show AND tell.
