The author did an exceptional job charting steps, if followed, that can be used to build mental strength with assuredness to make informed decisions. So Much Practical Advice!

Lots of different techniques and practices to incorporate into your routine to improve many aspects of your life. I enjoyed the part about the importance of hobbies to have some control and improving self esteem. The steps are broken down in direct and clear instructions making it easy to follow and execute. I appreciate how much is packed into a book you could finish in a day as some books about improving mental performance can be overwhelming! I can see myself referencing back to this book for different areas in my life.
