Very Good Book

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. it provided a lot of many fabulous insights like how positive attitudes can be a tremendous influence on a person and a world. The narration was in a fairly strong accent which wasn't ideal but I do like that it was narrated by one of the authors of the book.

was good, but underwhelming

the first two-thirds of the book were interesting but not captivating, the last third of the book where it starts to get into meditation and relaxation techniques and other things, this is when it began to become more interesting. I might recommend this book to a few people, but not everybody.

Numerous Ideas and Ways of Thinking

Covers a wide range of concepts that will improve situations throughout your everyday life. It will help you gain a broader view and allow you to improve upon that.
Even for a 10hr audio book I went quickly through it. I occasionally would day dream off about other topics, I think because sometimes the book rambles or over explains ideas.

all in all im glad I listened to it and may come back to it for certain chapters
