Great Listen!

I've also been an introvert and group situations have always made me anxious. Leaving for school in a different country I knew that I wanted to tackle this head on, and this book was such a great way to do so!
Marcee is a compassionate author, and the narrator made the book so engaging that I finished it within a day. I feel like this book was a giant toolkit that I will definitely refer back to on many occasions during this next chapter of life

well worth a listen

How many times has your social anxiety stopped you from doing literally anything that requires you to leave your house? Too many to count? Same. I never used a resource to try and improve my situation and after all of these years I definitely wish I would have. So, as a 32 year old who has struggled with social anxiety his entire life, I can confidently say that this audiobook is the real deal. For those who are seeking to improve their day to day, and I mean REALLY improve your day to day, then I highly encourage you to take a listen.

Conquer anxiety

As an introvert, I can relate to all the situations mentioned in this book and I can say that this is a really good guide towards overcoming social anxiety and fear. This book doesn’t only provide practical steps to ease anxiety but also gives comfort to those struggling anxiously with their day to day lives.

no more worries

The Social Anxiety (CBT) for Adults - not familiar with CBT terminology, but I learned more through this book. This book leads step by step, so I could listen to the entire contents without stopping. Very helpful and this will trigger at least a couple of things in your life, as it did in mine. I thought I had never any kind of anxieties or uncomfortable expr. However, while listening to this, several things are found. I really have to revisit to check and make sure it won't bother me. I liked step by step takeaways as well. Excellent book and easy to listen one afternoon would be enough, but I'm going to listen a couple more times some chapters I liked.

Overcoming Social Anxiety

Martin’s The Social Anxiety (CBT) workbook for adult” audiobook could be of good help if you are someone like me who’s been struggling with shyness and social anxiety, and wants to overcome them. I particularly love the CBT-based exercises and the positive psychology exercises.
