Empowering
I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has fears, or finds themselves repeating the same patterns in their life that keeps them from moving forward. The stories are relatable and the guidance provided by Maya is clear and easy to understand. There’s a sincerity and honest reflection in this book that makes it a gem. I’ve read the book years ago and purchased the it in audio form to reacquaint myself with the insights offered. Compared to other audiobooks I’ve purchased I’ve found the recording to be easy on the ears. - LKG

A great guide to your own self discovery
Your book is really great!! I think l’m addicted and I’m finding a lot of great answers and great explanations of certain patterns and behaviors in my own life.
I’m already listening to the book for the second time and discovering even more wonderful lessons. Certain chapters like #8, I listen to a few times.
Definitely the best therapy I could ever wish for. Your long commitment to yoga and meditation is also shining through your therapy which I find helpful and very appealing.
And listening to your book on Audible gives me the pleasure of listening to you the author. You are a great narrator and I like the calmness of your voice.
