easy to gain the skills i needed

I found this to be an excellent resource as it uses a straightforward process,I was able to practice reading, writing, and speaking exercises, the clear instructions and practical examples really helped would recommend

Japanese basic language for beginners is amazing!

This book was perfect. I am a beginner and plan to travel to Japan. The three-part concept of Reading, Writing, and Speaking made it easier to understand. The phases are broken down so you can understand how everything comes together. I am a former teacher and am so glad I have this book. I will use it as a resource in the future. This was a very big project, and the author did a wonderful job. I was planning on buying a few books, but this is all rolled into one. I highly recommend this book!

Great introduction to learning Japanese

My daughter is taking a trip to Japan as her senior graduation gift, and I told her she needed to start familiarizing herself with the language. This book really has what you need to get started to feel more comfortable with learning the language. We broke up the book over several days, and we actually practiced together, which made it more fun. The narrator has an engaging voice and walks you through learning the language in a nice, guided way. We enjoyed this book and will continue to listen so that we can help teach each other as well as learn to have conversations together.
