Simple to Follow
I loved how easy this was to follow! I have been looking for a way to become more healthy as I age so that I have a better quality of life and I am glad I ran across this book. What an Amazing Book!
As a college student, my diet consisted mostly of coffee, ramen, and the occasional donut run. It wasn't exactly a recipe for success! My constant energy crashes and foggy brain were affecting my studies, so I knew I had to make a change. My roommate, a health nut, suggested this book for me to listen to.
I was surprised at how approachable the book was. It explained how certain foods could be contributing to my energy slumps and offered a clear plan to combat them. The focus on whole foods and simple meal prep was perfect for my busy schedule. Highly Recommended!!

Lovely audiobook!
I really adore this book, my friend recommended this to me and I just gave it a try. Now I am so in love with this because it really helps me with inflammation. You should definitely give it a try and I swear you will not regret it.
