Fantastic Yoga for Seniors

I just got this audiobook for my mom who recently turned 70 and she absolutely loves it. She has definitely found an increase in her strength and flexibility since starting the yoga exercises. She loved how easy it is to follow the instruction as she learned her 13 yoga poses, including the dozens of other poses that are taught to help her with pain and stress and increase her energy. It has been a game changer for her, and I know it will be a game changer for you!

Oh, What A Relief!!!!

This audiobook and the PDF are so good. Recently, I have been having back problems; this book provides a great alternative for movements that did not hurt my back and actually helped strengthen some of those muscles.
