Indeed, anger is something that is very serious and can affect the people around us and us. What you have to notice here is the fact that the initial adverse effect of skipping anger management is that you will soon forget self-control. The feelings of anger may start to make you feel as though you are falling off the edge. Then you start feeling that small things aggravate and distress you. Things that would not matter if it were another day. However, all of a sudden, they are the things that are stressing you up, and you feel that strong urge of screaming in rage taking over your whole body and a choking feeling as though you have swallowed a whole raw potato!

The anger outbursts that you experience spinning out of control may not just affect you but also the people around you. Your friends, workmates, and family will hurt a lot seeing you in a state of rage. You may even beat them directly when you are angry, and you act violently and aggressively. It is one of the factors that have contributed to the rampant cases of domestic violence among partners, and trust me; you do not want to be one of them.

Therefore, having said all these, one thing that you have to bear in mind is that anger is not just another emotion that you sweep under the carpet! You have to realize that anger issues are real and the only way in which you can get rid of these complex problems is through proper anger management programs and initiatives.

This is how you will learn to control your anger when faced with an unwanted situation. In this audiobook, we have highlighted the various ways in which you can detect that you have anger issues. We have also highlighted how you can deal with that anger to keep at bay. Eye opening ,worked well for me


Eye opening , worked well for me in a very short time. All you need is motivation, desire to change, and the will to submit to a viewpoint that will bring peace into your life. Your whole life and everyone in it. Wish I read this when I first got out of the military. Your skill set will remain, but it will not be the primary focus in your mind. This is a change for life, that is loaded with all the tools you need.

Anger Management

So far the book has been very helpful!! I'm trying to take care of my anger on my own as I don't have the money for an anger management class. I have recommended this for everyone.

Anger management excellent tricks.

The book is precise in on outrage how a great many people adapt, and makes you consider the past in the present doing a decent soul search inside yourself and use systems to deal with your indignation and not oversee others for your very own self health.This book has some accommodating thoughts on bringing down my very own annoyance levels and decreasing my stress.I truly delighted in it and took in a ton.

This book provided a great detailed review of what "anger" really is, and how it can be at the root of many emotional and relational issues we face (whether we are conscious of it or not). It was very helpful in understanding why we feel anger and how it can be responded to in both good and bad ways

Happily taking the book to heart,

Happily taking the book to heart, I was sensitive to the reality this person was upset and by responding in a non inflammatory way, something that could have escalated in silly ways, was defused. The book addresses why this is a superior and thoughtful method.

This really helped me

I liked this and found it to really help me alongside therapy. My boyfriend and I both have anger issues and this was suggested. We both read it and found some tools for solving some issues in our relationship.

I only recently discovered this author


I only recently discovered this author. First, I read this book and then I started reading all of his books. They are easy to understand, and practical. So, you can immediately begin to use the material that he presents. Highly suggest you read this work.
