"Anxious Attachment Recovery" is the perfect mate for anyone struggling with relationship anxiety. The main themes I found in this audiobook are overcoming anxious attachment, building secure relationships, and boosting self-confidence.
My favorite part is the step-by-step guide to breaking negative patterns, which is both insightful and empowering. I took notes, as books with insight can be used in your life in many ways when that knowledge is obtained and applied.
