Amazing bundle of information
What a beautiful book by this author. My daughter struggles with anxious attachment issues so the more I can learn about it, I feel the more I can support her. She won't sit down and listen to a book, so I am trying to find out what I can do to help her. The author walks us through exactly what anxious attachment is and how that feeds into our personal relationships. My daughter is 18, so I'm not looking for her to settle down anytime soon, but I think it's important that she understands how this can affect her if she does not start to address some of her attachment issues. This author has such compassion when she is educating us, and I appreciate listening to this book.
