This was okay. If it is the first thing you’re reading about attachment you may learn a fair bit, but be prepared for lots of lists/checklists. While sometimes practical others just feel like they’d be forced. It was read by AI, but tbh I’m pretty sure it was written by AI (or a heavy AI assist) as well based on some of the way things are worded/some of the ways that two things on the list are essentially the same… regardless, the writing style in combo with slightly wrong inflection/intonation/pauses/pronunciation at times just made it a fairly painful listen. Thankfully I’m able to listen at a bit above 2x, so it didn’t take long but yeeeah not something I’d suggest.
