Chaos has a set of champions.
It is difficult to not spoil the story and still convey the sheer madness contained in this book. The authors references are perfectly captured and presented by the narrator. Laughing while crying and cheering is an odd situation for the listener to experience. Great book!

Absolutely brilliant
This series keeps getting better and better. The adventures and action are well-conceived, and Matt Dinniman is clearly building to some huge outcomes later on in the series. I highly recommend listening to the audible version of this series as Soundbooth Theater knocks the narration out of the park.

Much better
Yay! Carl and Donut both have race and class benefits now. We knew that was going to happen and it improves the aspects I didn't like before. Also, Donut is much less annoying in this book. There are a few instances of annoyance here and there, but it's fine.
Story and characters advance and develop. New and ongoing plot. Pretty much all of it interesting. Definitely enjoying this series.

Consistent and worth the credit
If you enjoyed the first book, then you should like this one. The story is a straight continuation with the same banter, but begins to develop the overall plot with some good foreshadowing. Keep up the good work Matt.
