Not like any other hypnosis

More like motivational saying to repeat.
Usually one is led through relaxation going deeper and deeper. this program just repeats the phrases.

Nice

I enjoy listening to this author. The affirmations were very nice to listen to. I really like that the affirmations were all about positive changes and stress reduction. This is good for those of us who have unhealthy mindsets around diets. I want to lose weight, but don’t want to fall back into some of the unhealthy ways that I’ve lost weight in the past and I think this will help. The affirmations on resting, pampering self and fun to help reduce stress and cravings were a new and welcome perspective that I look forward to adopting.

Positive result so far

I have only been listening daily so far for one week, but I noticed on the very first day that I seem to, without even thinking about it, choose a smaller plate for my lunch and decline the carb crackers for low carb pork rinds. By my second day of listening, I had picked my elliptical exercise routine, back up and immediately began alternating elliptical exercise one day and walking exercise on my breaks at lunch the next day. All seems positive so far no weight loss yet I actually gained a pound. Just reminding myself that muscle weighs more than fat and hoping the weight loss will follow with. Continued dedication to the plan.

Love this so much!

It's all the motivational words and thoughts I need to train myself to succeed in my weight loss goals. It's fantastic. I've been listening to it for 4 nights before bed so far and the words replay in my mind throughout the following day. When I get a sugar or carb craving I'm reminded of the words in this book.

Not as anticipated

I struggled to connect with this book because I was expecting it to be more Hypnotic and intimate. Instead it just sounded like a list and the reader was just not that interested in the content he was trying to convey.

Extremely worthwhile

If you are feeling stuck the affirmations in this audiobook may prove surprisingly helpful. It has been for me . Listen a few times daily and keep doing so. It works!
