Very helpful audible

Love this book. It's a little overwhelming to try to do a drastic diet change but this book is definitely just like it says...for beginners. It is not overwhelming and is laid out nicely. The recipes are doable without much effort and the ingredients are pretty easy to find. Would definitely recommend this book to anyone, even if your not a beginner because of the recipes in the book.

Wonderful!

This is a nice little cookbook if you are trying Paleo. I used about a total of 12-15 recipes in it and, even though we are not eating strictly Paleo anymore, there are a few I still use.

Wonderful!

I really like how this book lays out the paleontology diet a lot better then most cook books and it's user friendly and it's wording I understood and wanted to keep listening and follow. It is a base line and a good starting point book. I have told a lot of people who were interested in the paleo diet about this book.

Very informative audible

I profoundly prescribe this audiobook for everybody who at any point needed. If you are on the fence about starting the Paleo diet, this audiobook helps explain how the diet works.

Got positive results

I am new to the Paleo Diet and enjoyed this book. It gave a short overview of the history of the diet and it's many (claimed) positive affects on the body in contrast to the modern diet. Additionally, recipes for a 7 day introduction to the diet were included. Recipes appear to be easy to make, include common ingredients, and sound yummy. I would recommend this book to those wanting to learn more about this way of eating; however, if it's recipes you're looking for this is not for you as there are only a few.

Super delicious recipes

The recipes are so tasty!!! I am trying to eat more meat and less carbs and thought I’d hate everything in this book - but I can’t stop going back to it for more and more recipes. Super delicious. Book itself isn’t so fancy, though.

Great audiobook

This is a great book.. love the recipes , I whole heart believe this new way of eating will work for me or anyone. I now know what my digestive issues are and feel so much better about eating now. The menu plan outlined are simple and easy to make.

Great purchase!

I purchased this book to get my "feet wet" in the Paleo lifestyle. I previously believed that I was close to eating that way already but I was wrong. There are many foods which "seem healthy" but in fact are actually detrimental to your health. I look forward to adding and subtracting different food items in my diet and seeing the impact on my health.
