Good bundle very useful tool

Barrett won't lead you in the Huang direction
I read his other DBT Workbook for BPD and I found it very helpful. I received this collection and it's even better! I struggled with a lot of common symptoms of BPD but Barrett's easygoing approach has really helped me understand myself and create positive strategies that really work. My anger has subsided substantially and I have less anxiety. This is the ultimate collection of books if you are struggling on your own, but it's only helpful if you do the work too! The narrators are all excellent. Great value!

Wow! This book is incredible. Learning about the two tenets of DBT, Self-acceptance, and change, has been a game-changer for my anxiety. Thank you for this helpful and clear information! Your practical solutions to stressors, such as email, social media, and change focused on negative thoughts moving to accept positive emotions are enlightening. Anger can be extremely dangerous
I think that this is a really great book. I love all of the points that the author has made about controlling your emotions. I didn’t know the danger that anger can cause. This book will help change your mindset if you’re dealing with depression.
