Wow! This book is incredible. Learning about the two tenets of DBT, Self-acceptance, and change, has been a game-changer for my anxiety. Thank you for this helpful and clear information! Your practical solutions to stressors, such as email, social media, and change focused on negative thoughts moving to accept positive emotions are enlightening.
