Understand your teen and be their support system
Having gone through depression myself I applaud any book that tackles the subject of mental health. This book is an empathic and positive guide to managing mental health. I loved that it talks about self care and how imoprtant it is. Self care is physical and mental. Sometimes you just in a break to decompress and breathe. Its a powerful message. Support systems and seeking help were also a great topic in the book. When those break down that is when trouble happens. Be aware of what is going on with your teenager and how they are handeling life. Watch for signs and support when needed. This book will do the rest through helpful strategies and tips on dealing with mental health. Great resource!!!
