Bye-bye sugar addiction!

I've struggled with sugar addiction all my life. While I've read many books on the subject, this one really resonated with me. Perhaps because of the authentic and candid way the author shares her own struggles with sugar consumption or because of the easy way the author lays out a plan to move past it and get back on track. Can't wait to try some of the recipes in the accompanying PDF!

Silvana Siskov is the best!

I've read or listened to a few books by this author, and I love the way she presents the information. It's well-researched, and then there are tons of actionable suggestions. Recipes, plans, mindset... So good! And I love the narrator of this book too. This is genuinely helpful.

Highly informative

Great guide!!!

We all know that sugar is a drug. We can find sugar everywhere which makes it difficult to cut. The author did a beautiful job explaining her practical strategy to gradually cut off sugar. With this book, if you follow her easy steps to cut sugar, you can definitely improve your health and feel the benefits of it. It is very well written, and the narration is perfect. Highly recommend.

Goodbye Sugar!

I have to admit I am a sugar junky and wasn't sure I wanted to read this book. However, now that I have completed it, I am challenged to make changes in my life. The author is thorough in explaining the whys and the hows as we make the 10 days to begin a new life. Regardless of your relationship with sugar, this book will challenge you to look at your diet and your eating habits in a new way.

BEAT THE SWEET!

"The 10 Day Sugar Detox Challenge" is, IMHO, the most comprehensive and useful of any of the books I've read on the topic. You'll learn the insidious ways we're blindsided by sugar in virtually every commercially available product, as well as learn about the good sugars that are beneficial to our nutrition. The struggle to rise above sugar addiction is artfully addressed with the many tactics and attitudes that open the way forward for those serious about taking the challenge. "Mindful Eating" is a great primer on mindfulness and how to apply it to your new eating habits. And then there are those great recipes at the end! Tasty, easy to make, and good for you to boot! Boot your sugar addiction and take the 10 day challenge. It worked for me and it can work for you too. Highly recommended!
