Excellent Primer in Exits
Valuable information for anyone forming a company. Read it before you build it.
It’s not intuitive to stop and understand the exit process for a startup founder just getting off the ground or raising its first capital.
But knowing the exit process and how to frame to initial investors WHY your company will valuable to an acquirer may be a key to attracting quality investors right up front. These are critical facts and flows to know…

DO NOT SELL Your BIZ without reading this book
I've read many books on M&A, buying, selling and preparing your business to be sold, but none were as informative as this little Gem. I found it both educational and refreshing and chock-full of critical thinking and short stories of both successful transactions and horror stories you most certainly want to avoid.
It's a short read, and likely something you'll want to re-read (aka listen to) several times to ensure you let it sink in.
