Great information for the health of seniors

I thought the author did a great job describing each part in simple terms, such as listing basic equipment needed to create a home gym or workout space.

Excellent Tool

Well, this one is certainly worth sharing with our ageing loved ones! It is narrated in an engaging way and the information is on-point. Ready to get in shape

Of all the books on strength training, i gravitated to this one because the authors approach matched my current fitness level. I am not a senior, but my poor body is not too happy with me. This book was right up my alley, and I found the exercises to be the right fit. The four-week program is perfect as it is not too long or overwhelming. I highly recommend

Great book, can't wait to implement!

I got this book for my great aunt who has experienced a loss of strength and balance in the last year. It is a fantastic resource, especially for seniors or anyone struggling to stay active as they age.
