It’s not just you. Stress levels are at an all-time high—so much so that a recently convened panel of medical experts in the US has recommended that all adults under the age of 65 be screened for anxiety. In How to Release Anxiety, Gabby Bernstein offers simple, actionable steps for feeling better, living with more ease, and showing up for those around us. Gabby’s unusual advice: Rather than manage your anxiety, what if you befriended it? Gabby posits that what we befriend, we can ultimately be at ease with. So she invites us to get curious.

In his book Just Listen, Mark Goulston shared his best-selling formula for getting through to the resistant people in your life. Now he brings his communication magic to the most difficult group of all - the downright irrational.

Great Advice for Women with ADHD
I just completed listening to "ADHD Women" by Wilda Hale, and I found the book to be incredibly insightful. Although I have never been officially diagnosed with ADHD, many of the scenarios and symptoms described by the author resonated with me. My struggle with organization has been a constant challenge, especially now that I'm raising a toddler and face frequent interruptions, which seem to exacerbate my ADHD symptoms, leading to forgetfulness. Yet, the book offers practical advice on maintaining focus and organizing your living space, among other strategies. I'm in the process of applying these recommendations in my life, hoping to see positive changes.
