Ok but not great.

The pace and background sounds are great. The reader had strong pronunciation and it distracts me from relaxing. Bummer, I wanted to really like this with its variety of chapter offerings.

Relax, Rest. Sleep

This is yoga meditation for deep relaxation and sleep. I have used similiar material in yoga classes. The key is to find a reader with a mellow sedationg voice. This is one that works.

Exactly what I need for relaxation

Just what the Dr. ordered. I'm recovering from surgery and was having trouble resting -- this did the trick! I will be using this often, even once I've recovered. I used to take a yoga Nidra class at a studio that has since shut down. This is just as wonderful as the in person class I used to go to. I love the narrator and music. Everything about this is so soothing and a great escape from anxiety and restlessness.
