We’re closing in on Chorus, the Lagolian’s home star system. It’s been a long month of relentless, deadly 5v5 skirmishes with the Nekrol, deadly AI robots with mysterious origins, but there’s finally a light at the end of the tunnel, especially now that I’m in command of the Lagolian army.
But before we can finish off the Nekrol, I need upgrades.
Vega shows me a whole new world called Holodnor, a neutral planet where alien races buy and sell everything from weapons to DNA upgrades. When the aliens came down and told us they’d enslave all of the human race if we didn’t send our bigliest warrior to participate in their arena death games, I laughed at them. It was really funny because they obviously didn’t know who they were dealing with. Know what I mean? Then they said they would pick the greatest warrior, and they picked Marc Havak. He seemed like such an average guy, but he was a true-blue American. He even worked as a truck driver! That’s the kind of good guy we want defending us from aliens.

I like it
I think vol 3 was a great addition to the story. the great narration and cool plot twists and intrigue was great. Bring on more.
