The four types of thinking is so relatable to myself and different people I know. The author really does a great job of detailing each step and what they mean. Many people have jealousy and insecurity issues and I believe this book would really help them. Great book listened after a long time

I have heard many books on self-help and relationships, but this book has truly amazed me. I have learnt so much from this book on how I can work on myself, my attitude and my way of thinking so that I get better health and become stronger physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.
