Very simple and relaxing read. Russel Newton (the narrator) sounded like AI to me but I could be wrong. (Read dates June 23rd and 24th, 2024)

AI-like voice

Helped me understand that there are better ways to deal with anxiety. Very thought provoking. I will read this over again and keep it as a resource to help me choose how to deal or possibly even to avoid or mitigate the stressors of our modern world. Very well written. Thank you for a very helpful book!

Most helpful book I’ve read in a long time!

The content was good, made sense and was easy to follow. The reading though sounded automated with puzzling inflections.

Good content, but odd reading
