I appreciated the succinct, honest, tough love and wisdom delivered with humor and humility. This book is extremely well-written, and the narration was outstanding. It is so much more than a simple fitness book; this is the dose of honesty and hard-earned wisdom that I wish I had learned when I was much younger. I am, however, very grateful to have found this gem at the age of 58. I look forward to many re-reads and putting this great advice into practice. This book has done more than inform and inspire; this book changed my perspective. It anchored my focus and removed the self-defeating inner voice that my brain had not been equipped to challenge and overcome. It is a book that I will share with everyone I love.
