Best book I've read on weight loss!
This is the best book I've read on weight loss because it hits on all areas of the subject. The physical and nutritional parts of weight loss are explained. However, an often over looked area of mental toughness is also explained in the book. If your struggling to find the answers for your weight loss journal you'll probably find the solution explained in this book.

I was so impressed by the audio book, even if you’re not trying to lose weight give this a listen. I swear the author was describing how people need to be in order to achieve any goal in life!

I liked it!
I liked Tom`s new book. It's really nothing new, but it takes a lot of info and puts it in one book. I read Tom's Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle and loved it. I would recommend that book as your training manual. BFFM realy gets behind the science of weight loss and weight training. This new book is more of the mental attitude guide for getting a lean muscular body and "keeping it that way for life." I like the fact that Tom explains the # 1 thing is calorie management, plain and simple. He does go on to say that you can eat whatever you want occasionally, but in moderation. And you must be aware of the calories the food contains. Hey, on a few occasions I'm still going to eat pizza and drink beer, but I'm not going to eat the whole pizza and finish off a 6 pack like I used to. Another good point is to not feel guilty about it. Afterwards, get back to being strict on your meals.
Tom reads the intro to this book, and I wish he had read the whole book. Nothing is really wrong with the narrator, I just seem to feel like "TOM" is speaking directly to me when I hear him reading.

How to burn fat and build and feed muscle
Wow. This really works. I've lost 20 pounds of fat and gained 5 pounds of muscle using Tom Venuto's ideas. I'm doing it in my own sweet time (one year now) but that's better than the old weight creeping up like it used to do before using this common sense approach

Fantastic book
This book is very comprehensive and quite informative. I really enjoyed this book. I have read many books on fitness and diet, this may be the best I have read. Highly reccomend.

Nothing mind blowing, but a very good
What did you love best about The Body Fat Solution?
If you are reading this most likely you are somewhat educated in nutrition and exercising. Its a good book to keep around for motivation. Its also good because unlike some books it doesn't promise crazy results by some fad diet. I think people need to hear the truth from a professional trainer, and he does it very well!
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Its hard to adjust. When you listen to the preview you hear Tom's voice and you are like OK. This guy sounds very passionate about the book. Then after you buy the book and listen to the intro you get the narrator, and he is awful.
