I’m a sprouter now
I will start with saying I am vegan and have been for most of my life. I have never sprouted before and came across a TikTok with Doug and Joe Rogan. Got the audible of this book and the rest is history. Definitely an enjoyable listen and added to my nutrition and lifestyle.

where is the PDF?

Beautiful!!!
Of course the more we learn about simple nutrition, the more we realize how much we don’t know! I’ve been on this journey of “diets” with my wife for years now. The Fruitarian Diet or 80/10/10, the Ketogenic diet, the Plant-Based Keto Diet, the Carnivore Diet, the Keto-Vore diet, and dabbled in the Paleo diet as well…
Turns out, all those diets are quite restrictive and most of the foods aren’t as cheap as most folks can afford. Who knew that one could find pretty much everything the human body requires for optimal nutrition just by eating home-grown sprouts for only pennies per serving!?
Needless to say, my mind is blown! I’m super excited to start sprouting for my family and enjoying the obvious benefits that will come from including them into our daily intake!
