Excellent Resource
Marusya Wellness has written a tremendous book and the narration by Rachael Doolen is top notch. In fact while listening i was taking notes and almost never had to pause or rewind to make sure i retained the information.
My husband shared this book with me and i found it to be extremely useful. I turned 40 2 years ago and am staring down the prospect of being an empty nester soon. I wanted to make sure i attack those years instead of just get through them. This book and its low inflammation information is going to help me do just that.
Focusing on low inflammation can help you improve your overall health, not just not being sick but also improving energy, mental clarity, and emotional well-being. This book brings it all together and shows you how to optimize your life.

An overall approach to wellness
I have come across the life-changing fact lately that so much inflammatory reactions start at the gut. What a revelation to encounter this information that can be altered with some lifestyle and dietary changes, and Marusya Wellness Publishing gives the low down on how to do just that. Not only is there a wealth of knowledge to help inflammatory issues but the additional benefit of this is a huge positive shift in hormones and a permanent blast of more energy. This in conjunction with making sure the kidneys are nice and cleansed (in my opinion) is a surefire way to get those adrenals and hormones working to max capacity. I love how this book has an emphasis on the positive aspects of taking care of your body after 40 and even focuses on the connection between the physical, spiritual, and energetic–such a cool approach that I feel is missing in a lot of similar titles.

This book was tremendous motivation and encouragement to really take better care of myself. My favorite chapter was 5, the anti-inflammatory diet. That kind of said it all, the rest was support and good support. I really would have appreciated a free PDF copy of the book, some audio book publishers include that. It would have been nice here. Nonetheless this is well presented information and written in a very motivational encouraging way, which is just what I needed.
